Pen Drawing S111 Pink Feather

Hello, my friends!
This is my pen drawing of Pink Feather.

First, I drew the sketch of her. I estimated the body size and then drew the head. Her pink coat is the main focus of this sketch. After that, I marked the places for the eyes and nose. From there, I continued to draw the other parts by estimating the right positions.

After I finished the sketch, I started drawing detailed shades for her pink coat and hair. I wanted to draw the shading for the large areas first because starting with those can help you complete the work more quickly. Also, other challenging details become easier to see and address afterward.

Then, I continued with light shading for the coat. When drawing the shades, I first drew the outlines of the shadows. In pen drawing, the way lines cross in different directions is key, as this technique helps create depth and texture.

I did not fill the shades completely dark because I wanted a lighter shading style for Feather. After that, I added shading lines for the background. Finally, I finished my pen drawing of S111 Pink Feather by filling in a few necessary areas of shade.
