Pen Drawing E302 Cherry
Hello!
This is my another special pen-drawing for Cherry (Rising Star NFT Card). Cherry is beautiful name for the girl. Because of flower and girl are the same— beauty, soft, fragrant and lovely. So, pen drawing for Cherry was also a challenge for me.
First, I draw sketch of Cherry. Lately, it's been more convenient for me to draw the body proportions directly rather than drawing the body structure first. Because, when I draw the body structure first, some of the parts are big than the original image. May be that is lack of my skill. But drawing directly is more convenient for me. For the sketch, I first drew her waist. Then I started drawing her hair. And then hand whic is in triangle shape. Finally, I drew the distance between her hips and the guitar, the size, and the position of her legs.
After got the sketch of Cherry, I started drawing shades dedail of her hair. Drawing the hair was really cool. I like the resulting hairstyle. I have identified the parts of Cherry's legs to draw and shade. This is a new knowledge that I have gained while drawing and studying. Then, I draw the shades over the hips, thighs, and knees, following the grid pattern. I'm happy with the results I got. It took me about an hour to do this. Finally, I finished my pen drawing cherry by drawing a few necessary shades.
