whether Hive is ready to go big. I know opinions are divided on that, but we should welcome those who give it a try and bring value.
What brings value to the chain is highly controversial , because it could be users, it could be price of hive, it could be usability of hive etc. In a decentralized world, everyone is free to present their opinion, but at the end, whales would mostly shape up the future of this chain. If whales who can put some good usage of hive (which some are already doing), will definitely benefit everyone ( as it will drive the price), but at the end I believe Keeping it human will drive for a long term result. Content creation is not everyone's choice, so some obvious usage of human usage of the chain (like HBD interest, curation) will largely decide where we will land.
What brings value does not have to be one thing. I don't play all the games or use all the front ends and there's plenty here I have no interest in, but that's fine as we are all different. Some just care about the money and they have options that do not involve posting. I want Hive to be seen as an alternative to corporate social media. It is less regulated than those and that is a pro or con depending on your opinions.
