Most expensive food and How it is eaten

When we google about most expensive food from seawater then somehow we find Caviar which is a delicacy made from eggs of sturgeon fish .Firstly when i was seen caviar in the restaurant food menu and saw the printed price then i thought it might be printing mistake but when i called a waiter to clarify the price of caviar then i got explanation that caviar was selling in ounce or in grams .

i ordered 1 ounce caviar worth 460 USD in Singapore one of top fine dining restaurant .I wanted to taste and feel the experience of eating caviar .

After few minutes , one of restaurant manager brought my ordered caviar .It was kept in pearl spoon and got chilled on crush ice .Apart from it also they brought some side accompaniment called lemon , onion minced and one side kept some blinis, crème fraîche.

I wanted to taste directly taking caviar in mouth but all of sudden my friend stopped meand also ordered 1 bottle of champagne .
we were so happy to spend because we had the reason to spend and that was having huge profit in our business .

So we did not mind spending money on new food experience . My friend suggested eating caviar and drink sip of champagne and i did the same .

I felt the taste like little salty ,creamy and eggs when burst in mouth then creaminess with hint of fruit flavour . I asked my friend about how the caviar is produced then instead going in long story ,simply mentioned that it is raw eggs of sturgeon fish which basically live in caspian sea and waited for around 40 to 60 years to get the eggs out of sturgeon fish .the process of extracting eggs was very long process as it was mix with salt so the membrane will be gone away and taste will be more fine and one reason why put salt was because it worked as preservative .

after few minutes , we enjoyed caviar and champagne as our best celebration .

Caviar comes in many type like big to midium and midium to small .Beluga caviar is big in size and glossy and good in taste while osetra and sevruga are medium and small sizes caviar.

These food is in trend in Iranian population from last 2000 years and slowly went spread around the Europe. Caviar is considered as celebration food and its demand is highly increasing . The price of caviar will go more in future because the sturgeon fish in rare specis
and smuggling also killed the production.

Nowadays Caviar is getting produce as how common fish is farmed and used .Caviar is good source of calcium,iron and other vitamin .I recommend to try caviar whenever you find some time .

The caviar is must increasing demand in future and whoever investing in start the production then we should know that sturgeon fish is rare fish and killing of such animal will is illegal by govt.of india.
