Your 3 desired qualities are all important in choosing a partner. Sincerity and being genuine seem to be as scarce as a hen's teeth nowadays.

Being intentional and not living by chance is also important.

Being human is akin to kindness, its importance cannot be over emphasized.

What do you think is the reason for having LESS sincere people nowadays??

I believe a naturally sincere person will continue to be. The only thing is that previous ugly experience(s) can make the person not to trust people anymore
