Violence in the world

Violence is one of the attributes in our society. Its has been in existence since inception and that's how we human have been living with it and it's now become part of our system. Though not as bad as that of the current dispensation, but it's always been like that right from the ages.

Like I said earlier, violence which has been with man right from the ages was not as prevalence as it's now maybe due to some of the development that has taken place in our current dispensation.

Nowadays, everything we do now has a touch of violence in it. The movie we watch has a touch of violence, the book we read has it, even the video games we play would not be interesting without its touch of violence.

So, these touches of violence in what we see and hear on a daily basis has really contributed to the rate of violence in our daily lives. Now, there's an atom of violence in the way of life of many in the society. Though, some believe they are only self defense with the way they behave violently in both their public and private spaces which to some extent it's understandable, but this should not be to the extreme of harming or hurting those that are innocent.

I could remember when we were very young, back then in the 90s, there's this our neighbor that whenever he traveled, the only thing he used to get for his son as a toy is a pistol, so, I used to wonder why he used to get this, but one day, I asked the boy who's my playmate why his dad used to get him a toy gun and his response was that his dad wanted him to learn how to protect himself against any form of violent attack and I replied him with a Wow!

So, this issue of violence is a prevalent issue in the society, and it cannot be totally eradicated, but can only be minimized. This is because it's always been there with man right from the start of the world.

So, the only way to minimize it is to censor the activities of all humans. By this, most of the people would be conscious and cautious of the way they behave. Not only this, it will also help to put a check to the daily activities of all humans. Doing this will surely curb the spike in violence in our society. Though, this might be like a violation of the fundamental human right, but if done with respect, it will surely save the society from violence and even make it a safe haven for all to live in.

So, to make the world a safe haven for all, violence must be brought to the barest minimum. Though, it cannot be totally eradicated from our society due to some reasons such as what I have stated above, but it can be brought down to the minimum.
