Vaccination and its health benefits
Greetings!

Vaccination is one of the best discoveries of all time. Though its advent came with a series of rejections and backlashes but despite all these rejections and backlashes, vaccination has come to stay.
Being vaccinated is a sure way of being immune and prevented from all kinds of diseases and infirmities. I have seen people being vaccinated over time and with them being vaccinated, they were being exempted from all kinds of diseases outbreak.
In the same vein, I have seen people rejecting vaccinations due to the fabricated lies or rumors of side effects of taking vaccines and this fabricated rumours or lies has really sent many people to their early graves. What vaccination could have solved easily in them was what killed them.
Like I was told by my parents, so many deaths that occurred during their own time were as a result of people not being vaccinated because of the unavailability of vaccines during their own time. My father told me that a lot of people including the young and the old died prematurely due to the fact that they were not vaccinated at all. But he further said that, since the advent of vaccination, the rate of death has decreased tremendously.
Also, he said, when vaccines were first introduced to them, so many of his people i.e friends and relatives were against it for the best reasons known to them. He said some of them said that the western world brought it to cut down their ever increasing number and because of their cultural beliefs, they rejected the free offer of being vaccinated against infirmities and diseases.
Furthermore, he said during his days and even till this day, some people because of their cultural, tribal or religious belief are still vehemently against being vaccinated and that this has really cost them their lives and that of their loved ones.
He said, however, if anything now happens to them, they would say it's fate that has brought evil to them or it's God that's given and taken back from them their relatives not knowing that they are the cause of the calamity they have brought upon themselves as all these would have been prevented by the use of vaccine.

Aside from what I heard from my dad, my own personal experience towards the covid19 vaccines was a testament to the people's belief about being vaccinated. I could remember that during that time, people were scared of taking the vaccine. Some even attributed it to being used to kill the poor by the rich.
During that time, a friend of mine who had not taken the vaccine came to me. He told me not to get vaccinated as he had seen people dying due to blood clotting as caused by the vaccine. When I heard this, I smiled and sensitized him about vaccines and vaccinations. I told him I have taken the covid19 vaccine and nothing bad happened to me. Though, he didn't believe me but when I brought out the evidence to him, he believed and also got vaccinated.
Like i said earlier, being vaccinated is the best and the sure way of being prevented from all kinds of illnesses and diseases. Rejecting it means these infirmities and diseases would have direct access to our immune system and attack it.
In conclusion, one thing we must do is to embrace vaccinations and if there's anyone around us who still have this kind of a religious or cultural belief about being vaccinated, we should try and sensitized them more about what vaccination stand for which is prevention and this is when we will have a disease free society.

The reason why you have a very distinctive perspective about vaccination is because you are educated and understand what vaccination is all about. Most people do not have such privilege, they only rely on stories being told by people they consider as opinion leaders.
Yes ooo, thanks for stopping by.
