Time for change||Rethinking leadership style

Greetings!

If wishes were horses, beggars would ride. If I have to change one particular thing about the world, then the leadership style and character of our leaders would be the one and only thing I would change.

Though, not every of our leaders are bad, but most of them are being manipulated by those that surround them. Take for instance in my own country here in Nigeria where we have everything in abundance, bad leadership is one thing that has been affecting us to maximize our various natural resources.

Though these leaders are claiming they are doing well, but to be candid with us, their leadership style is only meant for the few and not the masses and that's why most of their policies are against the expectations of the masses.

To be sincere with us, the leadership styles of our leaders have really done more harm than good in this country. I can boldly say no aspects of our system is working in this country and this is due to the bad leadership style we have witnessed and the one we are currently witnessing in the country.

Take for instance, the economic policy of the government is nothing to write home about. Instead of the economy policy to better the lots of the citizens, the reverse is the case. Aside from this, the insecurity in the land is another bad leadership style on the part of our leaders and with this kind of leadership style which is bad, lives have been lost and people are dying everyday.

Also, there's other sectors of our land that's begging for help, such sectors include the health sector, education sector, and the infrastructural development of the country which is in a state of comatose. In fact, everything is not just working due to the bad leadership styles of our leaders.

So, if there's anything I would like to change about the world, that thing would be the leadership styles of our leaders.

One thing I'm very sure of is that, once the leadership style is good, then everything would be put in place and all those things that are not working would begin to work.

So, the only thing needed for things to come back to normal and take its rightful place is to have good leaders in place. Once that's done, then everything is settled, but if not, we will still continue this way.

So, if my only wish about the world would come through, then I would go for a change from a bad leadership style to a very good one which I believe would change the entire world to be heaven on earth.
