Greetings!

Being anonymous is one thing that people are trying to do or become and this is because of the situation of things where people are trying not to be seen or heard but trying to stay mute and behind their keys.

Well, to me, being anonymous is good as it would surely help to protect us from the danger of being attacked and this is the main reason as to why people have decided to remain anonymous.

Having said this, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt which is all about, “anonymous.”

To me, being anonymous is good, but one thing is that, I don't believe that it's kind of feasible in this our current dispensation as technological advancements would help to detect such a person at the end

Another thing is that in most of the developed there's security measures being put in place to detect people and for this reason, I don't see how people would be able to hide under their keys and be posting via the various channels without being detected

Even in my country, where we are still trying to meet up with the developed world, it would be kind of difficult for anyone to stay anonymous without being detected. We have seen people trying to stay anonymous, but in the end, they were being traced and detected via their sim card, NIN and other available means as presented by them to the government.

Although, not everyone of them are being caught, the larger percentage of people who have tried it have been caught.

The world to me now is not a place where anyone can hide and this is due to the digitalization of the world. It's in the past that it's only God that can see the secret things. I'm sorry if I have offended anyone with this, but it's just the fact that now, every one of our secrets can be easily detected by those in authority as they own us.

So, to stay anonymous now is not that feasible again as the world is now a small community where no one can hide again and this is made completely possible via the advancement in technology which has really made it easy for those in authority to find out who is behind an anonymous post and vice versa.

Although this might seem to be an infringement on others' rights and freedom of speech, to me, those in authority are not even concerned about this at all.

But to me, it would be good and okay if people can operate secretly without being caught as this would help us to express our minds without any iota of fear or intimidation which would be a win win to everyone. Although, some would misuse it, but even at that, it would still serve the good purpose of making our society great.
