The unexpected result

Greetings!

In life, there's some things that happened that are beyond our expectations, such a thing might be positive or negative, it all depends, but the outcome of such a thing can linger on in our memories and whenever we remember such an event, we might just be wondering how it all happened.

Having said this, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt which is all about, “Unimaginably Real.”

The unimaginably real that happened to me was the one that happened in my 3rd year in the university. There's this course then EGL 302 that used to give everyone who offers the course problem. In fact, the majority of those who have passed through the department and that have offered the course at one time or the other used to do it like two to three times before that can pass the course and this had made me resigned to my fate that I too would fail the course.

So, just because of this, I didn't really prepare for the exam very well. Lest I forget, in the test for the course, I had 2 over 30 and just because of this, I had given up and was already planning for my failure.

However, when it was time for the exam, I fulfilled all righteousness to plan and prepare for the exam as of other exams, but even at that, all I read was not understood by me. But with faith, I entered the examination hall and sat for the exam.

Fast forward to the release of the exam result on the student's portal as we normally check our result on the school portal in my school, I decided not to check the result as I was not expecting any magic to happen with regard to the result.

As for those of my colleagues that have checked their own result, their results were what the course result used to be, so, all these culminated in me deciding not to check the result.

However, when another result from the department was released on the portal, I quickly rushed to check the result on the portal and to my greatest surprise, after checking the one that had just been released which I had “C,”my eyes went to the one I was afraid of checking and the EGL 302, which I had thought I would fail came out to be my best result with a “B”

So, the result was not something I was expecting and till today, I couldn't believe what I saw on my portal. The result was my unimaginably real result.
