Bible book of Proverbs chapter 16 vs 31 summarized the positivity of old age as it associated it with beauty. Truly, such a fulfilled lifetime reminisced the loads of achievements and greatness of many years ago. It's pleasing to behold and happy to draw from their wealth of experiences.

Although getting older are worrisome and terrifying due to health issues. Over the years, some diseases and illnesses have untold effects on their body vitals and tissues. They needs assistance for normal life activities. Many are not respected as they should because many young ones overlook them. Their knowledge seems old fashioned as they are technically handicapped. But there's goodness in such graceful age, let's talk more about it's beauty and happiness.

They are blessing to younger generations as their knowledge and good advice can serve as warnings and support needed to excel. For example, My mother while discussing with me on one occasion said that I should not expect her to give me money or anything else except wisdom because she have tasted the different kinds of water before me. Truly, her advice, although pessimistic at times but beneficial at long run.

They are wise and offer good advice. Although their body might be shaking, their voice not as good as it was, but their few words are filled with knowledge and understanding. For example, a personal discussion with my uncle changed my Hurtful and dangerous behavior over my siblings. He told me categorically that our people are not known for bitterness of mind. After careful check, I became gentle and calm as I should and maintain family legacies and reputation. Also, Their knowledge comes from many years of trials and errors, they are now practically sound and experienced to handle some tasks better. Never are they old, but not as strong they were but better suited for many good works.

Although some of them have developed bad habits over time. Take a look at the betting and other debauchery, they topped the charts. They started such habits maybe as a getaway of domestic stress or financial gains but it have great impact on them as they grew up. Such lifestyle of many years are hard to overcome but draining them financially even at old age. But generally they are reliable and trustworthy as they knows the consequences of bad names and reputations so never will toil with anything which will spoil their legacies.
Time to appreciate such people and accord them their respect. Most of them have spent more than half of their lifetime to care for others including their kids, extended family members and nationhood. Their accounts of their lifetime especially those of blessed memory can be related to the younger generations for training and education purposes so that everyone will appreciate such golden age and legacies.

Better to think of good name and reputation than problems associated with getting older because maturity is normal life process. It comes with challenges as other life courses but better than dying younger. Living a life with good choices, never hurt and compete with others is golden as one matures.
