Being open mined means how best we accept other's ideas and suggestions without immediately rejecting them. It might even mean that one will challenge its own ideas to tolerate others and see possibilities in them. Anyone that cultivate open mind attitude is ready to learn and growth. It does not mean that one instantly accept others opinion. No! Some people can question the authenticity of issues with keen interest to learn more and others can be stubborn at first, needs persuasion and conviction to be carry along. But being open mind rely on ability to others and see their viewpoints.

There are many benefits attached towards this attitude. They includes:

INTELLECTUAL AND PERSONAL GROWTH

Nobody knows it all. Knowledge are transferred and learnt from others. Being knowledgeable make personal growth very possible. Being open minded, one will learn from others as he/she is ready to engage in meaningful conversation with others and allow them to make points easily which will be improve his/her knowledge and become clever. Allowing and accepting other's viewpoint show greater understanding and maturity.

INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY

New ideas are reason for new ways of doing things. It can comes from quietly listening and watching others and their ideas. Being open mind might means to forgo some certain things and ways of doing things, known to us for years and allowing new creative ways to be abided.

STAKING DAY
Today being Wednesday, I engage in our staking exercise to increase my Alive Power by staking some alive token.
