This is how to make potato chips in a new way for a crispy texture.
"Wishing all my Hive friends a very good night! How are you all doing?
Today, I'm excited to share with you a unique way to prepare potato chips with a twist in both taste and texture. There's something deeply satisfying about the crispiness of freshly made homemade chips. While store-bought versions may be convenient, making your own crispy potato chips at home not only ensures a healthier alternative, but also gives you the freedom to experiment with flavors and textures that suit your taste.
For this version of potato chips, I used an egg, corn flour, chili powder, and black pepper. Whether you're preparing a quick afternoon snack, serving something special at a gathering, or simply enjoying a homemade treat, learning a new method to make crispy chips allows you to add a touch of creativity to your kitchen.
So why not give it a try and experience the difference yourself?"**
Ingredients...
⭐️ 2 potatoes, washed and peeled.
⭐️ 1 Egg.
⭐️ 1 Teaspoon of Pepper powder.
⭐️ 1 Teaspoon of Chili powder.
⭐️ Salt as needed.
⭐️ 2 or 3 tablespoon of Corn Flour.
⭐️ Cool water.
⭐️ Coconut oil for frying.
The order of preparation.
⭐️⭐️⭐️1 Step.⭐️⭐️⭐️
First, take two washed potatoes and cut them into long, thin slices.
⭐️⭐️⭐️2 Step.⭐️⭐️⭐️
Next, add the sliced potatoes into cool water and wash them. Then, place them on an absorbent paper towel or cloth and remove the excess moisture.
⭐️⭐️⭐️3 Step.⭐️⭐️⭐️
Next, add salt, chili powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, and one egg to the potato slices, mix well, and prepare them for frying.
⭐️⭐️⭐️4 Step.⭐️⭐️⭐️
As the final step, take a pan and add coconut oil, then place it on the stove. Once the oil is heated, add the coated potato slices and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Once you’ve tried this new approach, you’ll realize how easy and rewarding it is to make perfectly crispy potato chips with minimal ingredients. Serve them warm with a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning.
Sharing these golden, homemade chips with family or enjoying them during a quiet tea break brings a kind of joy that only freshly made food can offer. Until the next recipe adventure, enjoy the crunch!

Hi @sameera.blog
Avoid using ingredients of animal origin. We didn't notice when curating your post that you used one egg. Eggs are of animal origin, which is why you can't use them in vegan recipes.
