⭐️ Wheat flour 250g.
⭐️ About 2 boiled and mashed potatoes.
⭐️ 2 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
⭐️ 2 teaspoon of Pepper powder.
⭐️ 1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
⭐️ 1/3 Teaspoon of curry powder.
⭐️ 1 cup of Grated Coconut.
⭐️ A thinly sliced leek.
⭐️ 2 cinnamon sticks
⭐️ Curry leaves.
⭐️ 2 finely chopped green chilies.
⭐️ 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
⭐️ Some coconut oil.
⭐️ Some water.
The order of preparation.
First, take a pan and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add chopped garlic, curry leaves, green chilies, cinnamon, and onions. Stir and sauté the mixture for a while until it becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
Next, add chopped leeks, chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, and curry powder to the pan. Mix everything well and sauté the mixture for a little while, allowing the spices to blend and cook through.
Next, add the boiled and mashed potatoes to the mixture and combine well.
Cook for about 1½ minutes, then remove it from the heat.
Next, add grated coconut and salt to the bowl with the wheat flour and mix everything together well.
Next, add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to the wheat flour mixture and gradually add water while mixing to form a dough. Then, divide the dough into about five portions.
Now take a rolling board and roll out each portion of the dough into a thin, round shape. Add a spoonful of the potato curry mixture to the center and shape it as shown below.
Next, place a roti pan on the stove and cook the prepared rotis until they are well roasted on both sides.
