Ingredients...

⭐️ 1 medium-sized banana flower.
⭐️ 1 1/2 Cup of coconut milk.
⭐️ Curry leaves.
⭐️ 2 finely chopped green chilies.
⭐️ 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
⭐️ 2 cinnamon sticks.
⭐️ A finely chopped onion.
⭐️ 1 Teaspoon of Chili powder.
⭐️ 2 Teaspoon of Roasted curry powder.
⭐️ 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seed.
⭐️ 1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder.
⭐️ 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
⭐️ Salt as needed.
⭐️ 2 Tablespoon of Coconut oil.

The order of preparation.

First, take the banana flower and cut it into slightly larger pieces as shown in the pictures below. Then, add it to salted water. After that, squeeze out the water thoroughly and set it aside.

Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil to the pan. Once the oil is heated, add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon, sliced onions, and salt. Sauté these ingredients on low heat for about 1½ minutes until fragrant.

Next, add chili powder, curry powder, roasted curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt powder to the pan. Mix everything well together.

Next, add the chopped banana flower pieces to the pan and mix well. Allow it to cook in the oil for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Finally, add a little coconut milk and cook for about 5 minutes. Then, remove the pan from the heat.
