This quick and easy cabbage stir-fry brings out the natural taste and tender texture of cabbage, enhanced with aromatic spices and a few simple seasonings. Ingredients...
⭐️ Cabbage 200g.
⭐️ About 2 green chilies.
⭐️ A small onion.
⭐️ Curry leaves.
⭐️ 2 Pandan psc .
⭐️ A tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste
⭐️ 3 Tablespoon of Coconut oil.
⭐️ 1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard seed.
⭐️ Salt as needed.
⭐️ 1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
⭐️ 1/2 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
⭐️ 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
The order of preparation.
First, finely slice the onions, garlic, and green chilies.
Next, wash the cabbage thoroughly and slice it thinly.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Let the oil heat up. Once it's hot, add mustard seeds, garlic and ginger paste, curry leaves, pandan leaves, onions, turmeric powder, and curry powder. Sauté the mixture until fragrant.
Next, add the finely chopped cabbage into the pan and mix well. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the required amount of salt and chili powder to it, mix well, and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
