That's a good things the Ghanian government are doing by providing free education to certain stages and even reducing fees at some stages also. But well some states in Nigeria also implemented the free education but I really hope the federal government will do same.

Even though I know every country has it's scheduled work and priorities but the most basic necessities should at least be affordable, I love when you said "someone who has never been educated is very complicated" even thou I will say it's most cases but not all cases
