This is cool. Shifting the hangout is a good idea because December is always filled with activities for the festive seasons. And also, this would help us plan more better for the big event.

Physical meetup is a nice initiative. I'm sure it'll be a great one.

Oh nice! Moving to the first quarter of next year is a good decision, a lot of us Lagosians might even be in our respective villages during December😂.

SHARP!!! This is a great idea. First Quarter is perfectly okay, looking at the funds, time frame and festival period, I think sometime in the first quarter is okay....

this will be a success, however I think we should fix a day, like a meeting hosted in the discord channel , were we specifically talk about all features to be included to spiced the event up, we can brainstorm and then arrive at a very beauty menu that will make sam hangout an amazing experience that will keep coming up at regular intervals either yearly or quarterly,.. I love your spirit and I'm sure together this will surpass our expectations... and will be memorable thanks Sam for the idea...

Well, its good we are moving it to next year beginning ...hopefully , we would have accumulated much funds to make it colorful by then.

Actually, this is my first time hearing about @sam.hangout meet-up, and I must commend this beautiful and wonderful initiative.

Just so you know 😂, I would love to be a part of it when it finally holds.

Being my first time, I don't know if I can contribute my own quota of ideas..

I know a Planning committee would already be on.
I would want to suggest a media team, that would capture the moment/experience.
Also to lookout for possible sponsorships.
To make it fun also, I would want to suggest adding games, games like "Guess the hiver" and the likes, awards and such, maybe a placard or banner that would also show those that were present and would have them either sign or write their names on it.

I believe this wouldn't just be a meetup, but an unforgettable and memorable one.
