Its so fun listening to you guys, I love the idea of doing a song with a dance step on the meetup and sharing some souvenir as well sound cool, something like customize book, pen or mug.

Like @justfavour you got me cracked up so hard..drama? Lmao😃...I think dance steps will be better ..lol, coupled with different kinds of games

It depends on the venue anyways...some centers have different tools for different game activities and that makes it easier

Black and white customized T shirt will be okay ..pple can make their choices ..but I prefer black anyways with touch of deep green written Sam hangout and hive logo

@justfavour We should just do kpop and kdrama presentation too. Drama ko. 😂 It's a nice idea actually but we would need time to get people to get something done about it but if we see a few interested persons, we can work on it.
Games are a must and I bet there will be so many of them when it's about time.

It's like my chance to finally learn chess from you people is coming. 🙃

Yeah, we should focus on raising funds first, the closer to the quarter we get, the more we would be sure of people who would be available for the meetup.

Black colour won't bring out our beauty enough, a brighter colour then maybe we can have black as trousers and skirts or whatever.

The media team will have a lot of recording to do, that dance presentation is sounding so fun already.

It was so fun listening to this, lol.
There are so many things we could do and one thing I’ll love to see if I make it for the hangout is people genuinely bonding together so anything that does that for me is what I want to see.

This was interesting to listen to. I've seen a couple is Sam's post concerning the physical meet up and I like that the execution is swinging in motion.

The idea of Chess, ludo and cards are great but I believe there should diversity. Monopoly is also a great game for group hang outs. Quizzes, Ayo, word plays and the likes should also be incorporated.

Also, there should be provisions for learning. Let's say, someone wants to learn how to play chess, this could be a great avenue to do so.

Hello @sam.hangout @justfavour @treasuree and everyone here.

So I just listened to the full recording and had few questions and suggestions.
I have drafted out feeding expenses for the 50 people but as we all know in this country, there's morning price, afternoon price and evening price let alone over some months.

That aside, will there be a fee?
Where would we be using if selecting Lagos or any other states, would we be using an open field or a hall?

I feel we could simultaneously run both(raising funds and getting to know how many people would be coming around).
Games ideas we could do a food competition where someone unseats fash.
There could also be a crafts space for DIY. Something we could learn and use in our posts. Like nice custom mades banners having our usernames.
What do you feel about extending the invitation to non hive members??

All these are just suggestions.

I love the last suggestion the most. Thank God you mentioned it. Personally, I’ll say we should stick to just those of us that are on hive first. Maybe with subsequent hangouts we can even make meetups specially for those that are not on hive yet (of course hivers are automatically invited to join too).

This is our first Sam hangout. There are more to come. Let’s get to know ourselves first.
