RE: Let there be war.

I've read your reflections on the nature of war and the complex systems that sustain it. It's a sobering perspective on how power, economics, and ideology intertwine. War is a force that gives us meaning - Chris Hedges. It is also driven by empires. If these didn't exist maybe human beings could move towards more peaceful ways to achieve peaceful resolutions? Or is that just hopeless naivety.
