Social Media Challenge - The end of the battle is what matters...

Hello, everyone on this noble platform and the Hive ecosystem at large. I am very excited to write and share this excellent article with you all, and I hope you guys will enjoy reading it as well. Today, I am writing this post as part of the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge, and it is an exciting one that I think you all will love.

In my first Splinterlands Social Media post, I shared with you how I purchased my Spellbook and my card rental journey right after buying the Spellbook. Today, I will share a fantastic battle that I hope you guys will like. After playing several battles and advancing to the bronze league, I understand that it is not as easy as it was when I used to play on the wood stage, where I was winning every battle that came my way.

The battle was a 46 mana, and I selected my team from the Death Deck this time, not from the Earth Deck. All six elements were active in the battle, and the ruleset was the Aim and Regret, where every ranged attack receives a back attack. Cursed Windeku monster was my first positioned card, and with its thorns ability, all my opponent's monsters that attack it by melee will receive two damage back.

At the end of the first round, the first round was occupied with several attacks, where no monster was eliminated from either side of the team. Although, my first positioned card was of low health which I doubted it can withstand the next round again.

In the second round, I was able to eliminate two of my opponent's monsters at a go. After my Cursed Windeku monster was eliminated from the first position by the Supply Runner monster, which, after its range attack, the Aim and Regret ruleset was applied, and I was able to eliminate that card as well. I was able to eliminate one monster from my opponent in the second round, while my opponent eliminated another monster in my team.

In the next round (third), I was able to eliminate one of the monsters from my opponent's position again, even though I had another monster being eliminated from my team lineup. It was a very easy round for me, and I got the confidence that I was winning the battle because my opponent was left with no attacking monster at the back and one melee card in front.

In the last few rounds and final round (rounds 5 to 7), my opponent only attacked my once and my remaining attacks were able to take down the remaining two monsters in his team lineup.

With my magic attacks, I could eliminate the Nimbledook Explorer monster from his lineup and become victorious. Link

Thanks, everyone, for reading my post once again after a long break on Hive.
