Jasmine flowers and my memory.

Hi guys, I am back. And I hope that I will be received well.

I want to keep it low key and simple in this blog. This blog is in dedication to the Jasmine flowers.

Jasmine flower and I have a very long and deep connection. I have a very strong bond with my father, my father had a very big garden in our house. When he was raising us, when we were children we used to look at him taking care of his plants and flowers. His favourite flowers were Jasmine.

Those white petals were always in his pockets. He used to smell like Jasmine. Now that he is gone, Jasmine flowers whenever I look at them, they remind me of my father.

This is why whenever I am trying to take a very important decision in my life or whenever I am feeling low or when I need motivation or direction in my life, I grab a bowl of Jasmine flowers. This makes me feel like my father is around me, the aroma, the fragrance, the essence of these flowers.

My father has always felt so close and present. Whenever I take a sniff of these flowers, I feel like my father is very close to me.

There are so many things which I feel like you all must have. Some people might resonate to a cellphone or a TV or a place, everyone has a different object or situation as a core memory which we try to relate to our beloved people. For me, these are Jasmine flowers, the fragrance itself is very deep, rooted in my brain.
