A Wednesday Walk in La Crosse
My #wednesdaywalk share for this week, as inspired by @tattoodjay.
Hey alright, finally some sun! I missed out on the partial eclipse last week...and the sun for most of the past two weeks given all the rain in the area, but finally, the sun. Plus, a sunset to boot!
I've been enjoying the new phone camera quite a bit. I managed to smash my old Pixel a month ago thanks to a new astrophotography toy, so I upgraded to the Pixel 8 Pro. I love the sensor on this phone's camera, and all the light it can capture. So much fun, and so many...
I love the contrast of blue and blue, with a bit of pink, some green, and lots of orange when looking at the sun. The walk was brisk and cool; all the geese and red-winged blackburns were chiming away as I walked through the marshland...as were the Canadian Geese. I skipped the telephoto lens, so no good wildlife shots for this one, but rest assured, the Wisconsin spring birds were singing.
My favorite photo of the night, thanks to a little bit of editing with Lightroom, was this photo:
It captured everything perfectly on this walk. Beautiful clouds, a sun-kissed bluff, and a Canadian Pacific train passing by. The bluffs might not be mountains, but there is some size to them in contrast to the train cars below.
And back to rocking the Crocs I went! Thanks for checking out my #wednesdaywalk share! As always, I hope everyone had a wonderful Wednesday as well!
All the photos are stunning, and seeing these images brought a smile to my face.
Have a great day:)
thank you @millycf1976 ! I'm happy to hear that! No filter needed, either (for most, anyway)

Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk :)
Have a great day :)
Being at the right place at the right time is special (plus being aware that you are there, at that moment, too, helps!) thank you!
