We consider ourselves human beings, but it seems to me that in what way do we consider ourselves human beings? Have we regained our freedom in this independent country? I live in an independent country. For about three or four days now, I have been seeing videos of a boy named Sohag being killed everywhere on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. Many are protesting. Again, many are talking about the party. I don't understand so much. I understand how another person kills another person, even with a stone. We humans can never create humans. The one who created us has the power to send us away from this world. So how can we, as humans, take the life of another human being?
The life of that person has left his body, yet we have no compassion for him, no love for him, we are trying to stone the dead body again. So how do we introduce ourselves as human beings? We live in a society where rape is increasing day by day. The country and its people are living in fear. Is it a crime to send small girls to school? Is it a crime to send them to madrasas? I would definitely request the senior officials of the country and those who are sitting on the law here. If this kind of killing and killing of people continues in Bangladesh, how long will this continue?
The country was liberated in 1972 to live freely, and in the context of that, there was another war within the country in 2024 and the country became independent, but is this a sign of that independence? Are we living in a free country at all, where I am forced to say that either give me a bribe or give me my life. Just because we work under a party does not mean that we have the power, we will take bribes from innocent businessmen and run our own lives, it does not mean that life is the only gift given by the creator, his gift, we cannot glorify the man who was killed like this, that man has a family.
In various videos, I have seen how his child is crying. His son repeatedly says that he has made us orphans. How will we live? This is absolutely true. An example of killing a person alive in water is given. In this Bangladesh, a person may not have money. He may not have any money. That is why he was brutally stoned to death. In the era of ignorance, no one was killed like this. They used to be stoned from a distance. They would not have died from stoned. But this person was stoned from so close. People around him just watched.
Again, many people are uploading videos of it on social media. Is this what human humanity is? There is no compassion, love or affection between us humans. If we feed a dog on the street, if not constantly, at least twice a day, after 5-6 days you will see that dog following you around to guard your house. And we humans, even after doing good to a person day after day and year after year, our love for him does not arise. We have no respect for him. We think that he is acting like him. What will we do knowing what is happening in his life?
Put a pillow under your head and close your eyes and think about it. What guarantee is there that this kind of incident will not happen to you in the future? Now people are protesting through various videos, but when he was being stoned on the street, not a single person came forward to protest. If they had protested, maybe those disgusting animals would not have had such courage. There were two or three of them, but there were over a hundred people standing there watching. Don't these 100 people have the power to stop 10 people?
He has the power to do everything but I will not save him that's what I'm saying I have no love for him I don't know who he is Hey brother whatever we are in this world our biggest identity is that we are human beings we came to this world as human beings even as a human being it is very necessary to help another human being but in today's society if you make a video and upload it on Facebook you will get thousands and millions of views. People are very busy with this it doesn't matter if another human being dies maybe one day you will also be lying on the street like this no one will even look at you create the mentality of helping people inside you don't make yourself worse than an animal.
The Creator has helped you to help His creation, not to kill him. There is no point in protesting now. He is gone and will not return. If you had protested to save him when he was being killed, then maybe that would have been a sign of bravery. It is true that when the war broke out in 2024, everyone was cheering for Abu Saeed. So why did no one come forward for Sohag in 2025? The question still lingers, but there is nothing to be done.
