My favorite way to make stuffing
We humans are very strange and we like to eat strange types of food a lot. If our daily food routine is the same, then we don't really like it. If it is a little different, then it is quite good. There is definitely some difference in every thing, be it in the case of food or in the case of people. Every person has different tastes. Their every choice is different and when we take each subject a little more seriously, then the subject remains different. Today I will share something new with you. It may be wrong to say new. Many people know this, but it is completely new to me. Today I will share with you the method of making stuffing with puisharak pills.
As much as it is beneficial for our health, it is also a little harmful. In every thing, you will find as much benefit as harm, so why am I sharing this with you? Those who have allergy problems avoid eating puishak because there are a lot of allergens in clothes. I would like to request those who have allergy problems not to eat it because it could increase your problem even more. A long time ago, I planted a puishak tree in our house, which was actually a very favorite tree of mine, although I do not like eating this puishak tree very much.
There is no personal reason behind not liking it. It has been a favorite of mine since childhood, which is why I don't eat this puishak much. But today I saw my mom making a different kind of stuffing with Boishakh pills. Actually, hot is one of my favorite things, no matter what it is, so I tried a little to share it with you. The first thing I did was to take a large amount of puishak pills from the tree, then wash them thoroughly and leave them to drain.
Then I prepared enough fish, in fact, you can use dry chili or green chili in each filling, but today I am using dry chili in some fillings and green chili in some fillings, which I like much better. Then I fried the fish. To eat fish market, you must pay attention to the amount of salt and turmeric, then fry the fish, but eating the fish will be much more fun. I mean killing will be much more fun, what you will do is when all the fish are fried, then fry a light amount of peppercorns in oil, of course, be careful not to over-fry it, otherwise it will be very bad to eat, I am sharing with you as much as I saw.
Then if you want you can use dry chili or green chili in it I told you earlier I am using both so first I fried green chili then I fried dry chili and broke it then what I did was I started making stuffing one by one in the shilpata. One thing you must keep in mind is try to give enough onion and if you have eaten a little more then you can give more no problem but of course you must prepare it carefully so that there is no excess salt I have made my stuffing beautifully in the shilpata.
Then I put each bharta separately in a separate plate. Of course, I am sharing the photography of each bharta with you. Friends, if you want, you can easily make bharta with the seeds of puishak, but many people cook it with fish. I don't know how it tastes when cooked with fish, but I like the bharta a lot more because I am a bharta crazy person and we Bengalis like to eat rice in the month. My mother cooked lentils thinly with tomatoes and a little bharta with it was just amazing to eat. Be a little careful about food, excess food is not good for our health at all, so definitely try to eat in sufficient quantity.
I have said it before and I am saying it again that those who have allergy problems should refrain from celebrating Boishakh because it will make your health worse than it will make it better. Therefore, the more importance you can give to each and every thing, the better you will be able to live in this world.
