I have read many articles online recommending that people wake up at 5 in the morning (which is just before sunrise) so that they have the (physical and mental) energy to do a lot of tasks. πŸ€”πŸ€“ However, someone who sleeps past midnight no longer could sleep enough to wake up at 5 in the morning. πŸ€”πŸ€―πŸ˜…
