House Renovation Goal: One Month Down, Six to Go

It took me four days to finally decide to write this article. I am now thinking if the house renovation goal I made a month ago is realistic. After summing up all the income from the Hive Engine tokens held in my family's accounts, I now see that doing ROI at this point is still too early and premature.

The income from CENT is too small. MEME is still in the accumulation stage. As for SME, its price is too low to be sold. So instead of selling, I decided to stake them. The account now has 2.9M staked SME.

The price of CCD is too low, as well as WOO and SME. I now have 103k staked CCD, 310k staked WOO, and 4.2M staked SME.

As indicated in my plan, this saving activity lasts seven months. However, if I multiply 1,963.94 by 7, the product is 13,747.58. The goal was 50,000.00 for house renovation. I am short 36,254.42.

From this point, it appears that the goal was too high, and it is still too early to use my Hive earnings for house renovation. Even if the price of HIVE increases by the end of the year, I doubt that I can reach my goal.

Anyhow, I will continue my savings plan at the end of the month for the next six months. By the end of the year, that's the time I will decide whether I will pursue the house renovation project by adding what's lacking to my Hive earnings to complete the budget, or I will return the saved amount by powering up HIVE and buying HIVE Engine tokens.
