It's a public hospital, and the bill is already 6,000 USD. If they stay in a private hospital, I think the bill will be 3x bigger.

Yes, they can't afford that. Even with our help, we can only help that much, and that's why my sister will apply for financial assistance from institutions like PCSO and Malasakit Center.

It's indeed not easy to be at good health despite being "old", though most people would say that it would be worth it. 🧘‍♂️ More energy, and more savings (because of not needing to pay for medicines and medical check-ups/treatments) is worth the effort. 😎🤓
