The Soldier has -2 popularity, so it is easier to fit into smaller cities with less income and we will use it for this strategy post.

The exact NFT citizens you need for the WAR DOG strategy;

All you need are multiples of 2 citizens: 7 Soldiers and 4 Economists.

These citizens all have a tax refund and will get you on the leaderboard for top 400 income with 10 tax refund.

Top 400 income has a 13 SIM reward combined with the WAR profits of 12 SIM and the tax refund there are 3 layers of rewards that we are accessing within this strategy.

This city will have a daily SIM income of 35 which isn't going to ROI very quickly on its own.

The main part of this strategy uses citizens farming for the bulk of the payout.

This city has an asking price of 16k SIM and a bid price of 13k SIM which would take a very long time to ROI on just 35 SIM per day.

The current bid rate on Young Citizens is 500 SIM you can cash out for a 30-day ROI or you could play the market ask price and ROI in as little as 20 days with daily claims.

16000/535=29.9 or 16000/834=19.18
