I love the purple orchids! They're one we would never plant though as where we are they would require more care than we can give them. So I just have to enjoy other people's photos/gardens where they're present XD

Itโ€™s true, weโ€™re lucky with the climate here in the Philippines. Itโ€™s funny because my secret is actually very simple, just an old bamboo stand, some coconut husks, and daily water. No fancy fertilizers ๐Ÿ˜ and oh, some eggshells
Iโ€™ll keep posting more so you can enjoy the bloom from afar. Thanks for the lovely comment ๐Ÿค—

My mum used to keep her orchids in coconut husks too, I always thought it was just for aesthetics and never realised there was something to it O_O

๐Ÿ˜ Yes,, orchids shouldn't be planted in soil. Coconut husk can retain moisture well, that's why it's the best choice for hanging plants ๐Ÿ˜Š
