Ironically (or logically) all that stressing about the work stuff and how long it's taking to get better is going to make it take even longer to get better.
If you find writing about it helps process and let it go definitely keep that up ;D and find some other relaxing things to do if you're not sleeping (strongly recommend sleeping as much as possible) like reading if you can concentrate.
And blah blah blah eat properly and stay hydrated (if water isn't cutting it try lemon water with salt or hydralite or some equivalent).
If you're really obsessing about work make todo lists and plans for how to tackle things when you get better (absolutely not under any circumstances before as you will probably relapse and exacerbate all current problems) and/or what tasks you can delegate to other people.
Hope you start turning around soon :S

So true. Worry breeds worries.
Because of this stress my sleep was also disturbed. I mean I go to bed only to stare the ceiling for atleast an hr. 😅 Then the meds kicks in and I go night night..
But I should take this time to plan the project. Otherwise its going to be the difficult for me to manage.
I am getting better, I count that as a plus point for today.
