Back pain can sometimes be a sign of inflammation in the gut — it’s worth getting checked.

I struggled with back pain for exactly a year — I couldn’t sit, lie down, or even stand properly. I went through four different clinics, spending about three months in each. The result? Zero.

Then I finally met a doctor who simply told me: “Go to the gym and start stretching your muscles. It will hurt.” He showed me three exercises, and I found two more online. I pushed through the pain while doing them. After three weeks, I felt improvement. After two months, the pain was gone.

It’s been seven years now — and my back is perfectly fine.

Stretching only! For the first two weeks, tears were literally coming out of my eyes from the pain. I thought nothing would help, but then it kept getting better and better. One day stretching, one day rest. The best exercise is a spinal twist — done lying on your back.
