The scientific data was a sarcastic comment about a bunch of teachers on Instagram and other platforms. They start their videos like that and come up with various programs that don't work but sell well as a new way to lose weight quickly. I haven't drunk beer in a long time either—maybe I'll try it for New Year's, maybe not. At almost 50, I'm managing my weight, but it's a very tiring task to control my stomach 🤣

Oh yes, those who know best and know everything as they have to sell you some miraculous app or diet. Well, I'm not a fan of buying any paid miracle or cure as you can do it on your own with a little knowledge and time spent on watching what you eat and how much. Those apps and diets are for those who are not ready and want a miracle 😂
Controlling your stomach is challenging, but only at the beginning 😉
