According to the latest scientific data, it doesn't matter how much or what you eat—the main thing is not to exceed your daily calorie intake, which is different for everyone. No one can tell you that 1,500 calories a day is your norm. Your metabolic rate is what matters. And if you're eating very little and gaining weight, you need to look the other way—increase your metabolic rate. There are various ways to do this—in fact, you can go into this endlessly. Not just according to the latest scientific data, it has always been like this. The calorie deficit that counts, the difference between the intake and burnt, but obviously the body has to have the necessary amount to be able to function. I know my limit, so no worries.

The scientific data was a sarcastic comment about a bunch of teachers on Instagram and other platforms. They start their videos like that and come up with various programs that don't work but sell well as a new way to lose weight quickly. I haven't drunk beer in a long time either—maybe I'll try it for New Year's, maybe not. At almost 50, I'm managing my weight, but it's a very tiring task to control my stomach 🤣

Well, I'm not a fan of buying any paid miracle or cure as you can do it on your own with a little knowledge and time spent on watching what you eat and how much.
