[WE-188] I'd rather go on a Vacation in Batangas to where my brother is than do my laundry!

"I should be having a good time now in the mall instead of cleaning my room."

"I should be eating out with my oldies rather than folding all my clothes."

"I should be traveling now to Batangas with my brother instead of doing my laundry."

These are just some of the things that I really wanted to do while doing house chores and while I'm in the middle of daydreaming. But those are the things that I genuinely want to do. It happens when I am not holding my phone. Putting aside my phone for an hour gives me time to dream big. But it's just a dream that is impossible to reach. I am really not doing anything to make it happen. It is all just a dream with no hope of happening.

But either way, imagining those things I want to do made me happy, so it's okay if I can't really do all that right now. And maybe soon, I too can do all of that - to do a lot of fun things to make my life more exciting.

Now, with the topic: What would you rather be doing instead of what you're actually doing this weekend, and why?

Seriously, I'd rather go on a short trip and go to Batangas to unwind and maybe use the weekend to have a short vacation than do the laundry, which is really tiring. I can afford to do that because I still have more clothes to wear, and it's just two days. But the problem is the money, but if only, I'd really rather go have a short vacation in there and stroll in Lipa to where my brothers are. My two brothers are currently living there, so I can take shelter with them.

If I decide to, I can start my journey as early as 3 a.m. to travel to Calapan, which is almost 3 hours away from Bansud. And from Calapan Pier to Batangas, it will only take 1 hour, if it's in Fastcat. With that, I can arrive in Batangas early, and I can already do a lot in that short time. Even for two days (Saturday and Sunday), I will enjoy my time in there to stroll as a way of having fun. I will ask my brother to accompany me on that short vacation and do things or even buy things in Batangas.

Doing the same thing every weekend is kind of boring, and I kind of want to treat myself, so by doing this, I can give myself some reward. I also want a change of surroundings and with this, I can have fun, and I can also have bonding time with my brother. I'm not sure, though, if my older brother will come. He is just like me, he'd rather stay at home than go outside and have fun. Just like me, he can also find happiness just by having our smartphone with us. But I can try convincing him to come with us, together with his partner, Ladylyn.

This sounds more fun than doing my laundry. I'd rather do this for one weekend and enjoy that vacation to my heart's content. And it's been 5 years already since I last had a vacation somewhere far from home, so that's that (✿^‿^).
