Same Place, Same Spot, But Different Vibe: Morning Walk and a Lil Bit of Sunshine

I had an early morning walk this morning even with thunder and lightning. Seriously, I thought it will start to rain because the sky is kinda dark. But it didn't happen, and what I saw during my walk is just breathtakingly beautiful -and weird if I may add.

We're craving for something different for breakfast this morning. We always had bread in the past few days so we really want something different. I am actually craving for rice cake or puto, while the oldies wanted a bibingka. It is some kind of rice cake as well but it was prepared and cooked in different way.

And so here I am in a short quest. And look what I witness while having this quick walk. Such a magnificent view, almost blinding. And I really thought it will rain, but it didn't, Mr. Sunny's actually about to show up. And maybe the thunder and lightning are just a cheer? Haha. I know it doesn't make any sense. But this view, it's perfect!

I took my time walking even though my stomach is already full force with its "grrrrrrrrk". Lol. I just can't miss this moment you know. If I have a sun glasses with me I could enjoy this more. And, what if I walk further? The view of the sun would surely be so clear. Not far from where i'm standing is a beach. But it's too far for me to walk, lol. Five or 7 minutes in a tricycle I think.

But look, this is still weird, the other side is sunny while this side here has darker clouds and you'll really think it will rain. I sometimes get scared with the kind of weather these days. One moment it's hot, the next thing you knew, it is already pouring outside and with scary thunder and lightning. I feel like any moment, the ground will shake or something. Although our province also experienced a not too strong magnitude if earthquake, I can't stop thinking that it would be just, you know, to shake us from the big thing that about to come. I hope this is not the case and that this is just my morbid self over thinking so much (╥﹏╥).

Anyways, here's the Bibingka I had with the oldies. I didn't take a photo of it but I also bought Puto in a nearby restaurant. UwU. It's chewy and really good but it's too sweet, still, the salty cheese on top made the taste more balanced. The Puto is similar to this but it's in a paper plate. And it's softer and fluffy too. Like when you bite, some bits of it will stick to your teeth. Not sure if they used just rice here or with glutinous too, whatever the case. I enjoy it. And remembering what I saw in my way while buying this complete the experience. ♪⁠ ⁠\⁠(⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠\⁠ ⁠)
