Ramyun Party With The Oldies: We Tried Nongshim Korean Clay Pot Ramyun in a Big Cup for the First Time

It always amazed me whenever I watched a "Mukbangers" especially korean mukbangers eating lots of food, and noodles is always present whenever they do that - from noodles, to fried chicken then with different kind of processed foods as well. Some don't even use a small cup of noodles but the big ones in a big cup. Like, how? And whenever they eat noodles they always made it look like it is so delicious. I remember watching some of them on facebook, my favorite is Hamzy, I kinda like Boki too.

Anyways, i'm not gonna talk about those Mukbangers though. I want to talk about food specifically this noodles we bought in Puregold for 89 pesos, that's like $1.53. I find it really expensive for a noodles but it's a big cup and I think this will be good for three people already. But if you love noodles then you might even eat the whole thing (^._.^)ノ. But it's 117 G y'all. Can you eat that in one sitting? ⊙.☉

Anyways, Mommy F is actually thinking what to get between the two. But they look the same to me haha. So I pointed the cheaper one which is that on the right side. And the one on the left side is SPICY while the other one is not, probably? ಥ‿ಥ

Time to open it! One has the powder soup while the other one is those dry ingredients like the veggies and red CHILI! OMG! (@_@)

But just a quick ad, look, lookkkkk! What is this amazing and cool thing. Haha. A foldable plastic fork. Like come on, this is so cute. Haha. I'm gonna keep this, I can use this if ever I plan a trip to go in Japan, charrr, lol. But I seriously love this!

Okay, moving on, lol - I know it is just instant noodles but this is new to me so better read the instructions and follow what's in it.

And I also know all I have to do here was pour water on the cup but I prefer to cook it using a real heat so i'm cooking it. I just measured the water using the empty cup. And look how big this noodles, it's actually quite heavy too

So I started by preparing the water, I actually used a boiling water there from our thermos. After that I put the dried veggies, followed by the powder soup. When it started to boil I added the boodles last.

When I discovered that this is actually a spicy noodles, I grabbed two large egg in the fridge to mix in it -to lessen the spiciness. I have no problem with the spicy foods before but I just feel like avoiding spicy foods now. So there it is...

So who wants to eat this Nongshim Korean Clay Pot Ramyun with us? The soup is really flavorful according to the oldies. They said it's really good and they like it, they don't like the price of it though, lol.

I bought this bread at the perfect time because milky donut taste really good with the ramyun. The salty and spicy soup goes perfectly well with the sweet, milky and soft donut. it's yum. Uwu

This is actually like a ramyun party, and because I don't eat noodles that much, we couldn't finish everything. Like there's just too much of them even fir the three of us (≧▽≦). We had to put the rest in the fridge and had it for breakfast, haha Have you already tried this? Can you eat everything?

Thats a clever move tossing in two eggs to calm the spice. That raMYun turns into comfort food real quick. 89 pesos still feels premium for noo;dles, but pairing it with a milky donut oddly balances the heat and salt :) The oldies liking the soup yet not the price is so relatable, and saving some for breakfast is budget friendly enough that my wallet clapped quietly.

Right, right, hehe. I really think the spiciness was lessen a bit thanks to it. It is really is premium, and that's why this will be the first and the last time we'll have this. 😂

Eggs defintely calm the fire :) Saving the preMIum stuff for a frist-and-last splurge makes sense, wallet says thank you. You could do the same egg trick on cheaper packs and toss in a bit of leftover veggie to stretch the broth. Next time you going back to your usual budget noodles or mixing it with milky donuts again?

Yes, yes, this one's salty that's why I added a bit more of water in it 😂. Even with that I had to add a few drop of water in it 😂
