Owning a Dog is Good for the Heart: Mama's New Adopted Dog and Her Six Healthy Babies

Mama really has a weak spot for a dog that was treated unfairly. The neighbor decided to have a dog again, actually, it's one of the workers there who decided to keep a dog. I heard from Mama that this dog was meant to be "that." I hate to say it ಥ_ಥ, "that" let's just say it like that. But her fate changed when one of the coworkers of this boy stopped him from doing "that." Then later on they discovered that she's pregnant. The "unfairness" stopped, but then she was put on a leash, and she became like a guard dog in that place. Still better than becoming a "pulutan" by those sick b-stards!

But the dog's sufferings didn't end there, there are nights that she cries because of hunger, so hard that Mama, who has a weak spot for a crying dog, decided to bring food for the dog even in the middle of the night. Yeah, despite having an owner, she was neglected. There are times that she can only eat once. As if that will be enough, especially for a pregnant doggo. So Mama fed her food, talked to her, and they became closer. The dog started to wag her tail to Mama, a sign that she already trusts my mother. Then the dog gave birth to 6 cute and healthy babies, and that's when Mama decided to move the dog together with the babies to her house. Hahhh! Seriously 〈(•ˇ‿ˇ•)-→

There she is. Mama wanted to call her Maymay, but I told her that the cat we adopted has that name already ( ꈍᴗꈍ) so I told her to change it into Maya Maya, lol. So there she is on the first day, roaming around the yard, maybe familiarizing herself with the place.

I tried to pet her, even attempted to feed her some dry food in my hands, but she's too aggressive. She reacts as if someone will harm her, and she barks and snaps at me. In this house, she only trusts Mama. I asked Mama if she's like that too to her during the first time, and she said yes. But it's been weeks already, I still can't tame her. Look at her being so excited when she sees Mom. ಠಗಠ, am so jealous!

I think she still needs time, so I'll give her that. For now, I have to get used to being barked at whenever I go downstairs and steal -errrr, I mean ask Mama for a piece of fish for our kittens. I do that when we run out of fish for the babies. <(￣︶￣)>

By the way, these are her babies, there are six of them, actually. I thought there were just five, lol. I don't see them every day because of their mad momma. ಥ_ಥ..

They are also big, their momma is really just a small doggo. But look at her babies, another thing is, they grow really fast. They will turn one month in the fifth of May, according to Mama. But look how big and energetic they are. But it's cute, seriously!

They look like a fluffy teddy bear. I can only carry and kiss them if Mama will bring them to me ಥ‿ಥ. But there are times too that the momma dog will go climb up to the fence to move to her first home, and I took that time to see them. Yeah, it feels like the momma dog has this weird attachment to where she's staying before.

By the way, according to Mama, the babies eat rice now. She mixes it with milk, and they love it. Good to know that, at least, they can surely live now. These cuties will be given to a good people that can be their new hooman. Don't worry, we'll make sure to find a loving home for them. └|∵|┐♪.
