Out on the Road with the Flowers and the Trees: Morning Errand with Mama and Tusok-Tusok for Afternoon Merienda

So it is that time of the month again, nope, it is not what you think it is. It's a different matter ƪ(‾.‾“)┐. I'm talking about paying bills here and there. Lol. Luckily for us our electricity bills is not that big. I don't sleep in my room for 3 months now so meaning I also don't use my electric fan. But i do charge my 2 phones more often including my two earbuds but I think they don't consume much power.

And so, we had our short quest as early as 8 am to go visit Ormeco. We had to stop by in money center to withdraw some money as well. And this walk is super nice because it's not hot. If this was last month, it would already super Sunny at 7 am. I enjoy this walk more, we walk slowly like we're just having a relaxing walk

What truly made this walk more relaxing was all the plants and flowers we saw on the way. They are too pretty that I can't help but admire them. They are an eye candy, they really are a perfect mood booster. I can't see this everyday but I am always happy whenever we used this route near elementary school. There's lot of pretty plants on the school fence. They will really catch your attention

Especially the colorful ones. We only have santan flowers and the flowers from our fruit trees, and some plants and veggies, but we don't have something like this.

It would be cool to flowers in different color in our yard as they can really brighten the surroundings but Mama prefer vegetables plants than flowers. And its not like we have huge space to grow them here, and to be honest the soil in some part of our land is really not that great

Anyways, we reach our destination and si we immediately pay for our electric bill. There's a small queue but the teller is fast to process all the payment so we didn't stay long in there

We then just continue our slow paced walk and enjoy whatever pretty things we see on our way home. And because we used the shortcut, Mama picked some Ilang Ilang again in this tree. Lol

She picked a few saying she will give it to her Sto. Niño. at home. You know whats the sad thing is? I can't smell the Ilang Ilang, and its been a long time already since I last smell it. I already forgot the smell of it. What I know is it smells so good.

It's already 8:40 am and Mama seems to feel the hunger na. She said she only had coffee for breakfast so we stop by in this shop to buy Turon. Good things there's already a cooked Turon in here. As for me, I didn't buy any because I had Pandesal and coffee for breakfast

And then in the afternoon mama asked me to go somewhere again. When I asked what she wants to buy, she said she'll just buy dried fish coz she's craving it. Actually when she asked me that, it is really the right timing because I am also craving for some kwek-kwek.

And so we go to where street foods stalls are lined up and bought the tusok tusok. I only bought 20 pesos worth or kwek kwek and a homemade fish balls. Oh how I miss this!
