My Biggest Flex: I Gave a Christmas Gift to Myself and to my Oldies, which Made Them Happy and Grateful!

If I have millions in my bank account, I will surely buy anything that I want, including what my parents want and need. I'll take one day too to do things that we've never tried before and we'll have fun, but only if I have those million dollars, lol. I don't have that as of the moment, but no problem, because even the simplest thing is enough to make me and my oldies happy.

I remember gifting my Mommy F a watch worth $4, she even shared it on her social media account and even bought a battery for it last year. Even though the color has already faded away, she's still taking care of it. And this is the reason why I love to buy her a gift. Because no matter how small it is, she will appreciate it and be super thankful for it. This is the kind of person that I will never get tired of gifting. How about you?

So we just celebrated Christmas and then the New Year. And those are the most exciting and fun events for most people here, for different kinds of reasons. This is where a lot of gatherings happen too, like year-end parties, reunions, or Christmas parties. And with those events, exchanging gifts is a must. Although not all do this, there are still a lot of people who do it as part of the tradition, how about in your country?

As for me, I'm not even part of a company or I'm not even in school to join that exchange gift, but I have a family that I can give those gifts to. Just to give, I have no one to exchange a gift with.

But before that, let me first share the gift I bought for myself. It's nothing fancy, but it's something very useful to me. It's the kind of thing that I can use every day. I didn't buy brand new shirts or pants this year, but I bought a few pre-owned shirts. It's just for everyday use, so that's enough for me.

The first one is a mosquito net, I've been using the old one since eternity, lol. Seriously, I have had it since I was a kid, we're still living in our old house back then. I've been meaning to change it before, but I always put that aside as I want to get other things first. And last year, in December, I decided to finally buy that.

Let me also share the old one. You see, guys, I had to put a cover on that part because of its hole. Of course, I didn't just put a cover on carelessly, I covered it with design, and I love it. But seriously, there's no doubt that this old mosquito net is so much better than the new one I bought. This old one is really thick, and even if it gets scratched, it will never budge because of how carefully they made it. I want to keep it seriously, but it's so short that it's hard to move inside.

On the new one, it is much taller and has a height of 150cm. Really high, no? Which is why I like it. Although it's cheap, what's important is that it can protect me from any flying creator out there. I only get it for $2, so it's ╮(＾▽＾)╭. Although it's a gift for myself, I still want to get things where I can save more. I don't really want to spend too much when it comes to my things because I know that I can still use them for a long time, no matter how cheap they are.

Next is this bouncy fellow that I got for a cheaper price for two, it's a buy one, get one, yes. Despite it's lower price, surprisingly, it's really good quality. And I got it for 309 PHP, or $5.53. Not bad, right? And, I tried to ask some shops here at our place about the price of the same brand, but it was so much higher than in an online shop. They sell this at the market for $8.05. And they are really just the same, even at the same weight. I'm happy because I got it for a cheap price.

I actually want to replace the old one, like I will throw the old one, but then I feel like it's a waste if I throw it, so I decided to still keep it. That old one has pure cotton on it, and I did the right thing not to throw it because now I have more pillows in my bed. And I feel like I am now sleeping on cloud 9, lol. And it's another useful item I got for myself.

And the last item was this pair of half shoes. I actually like it just looking at it, but when I wear it, hmmmm, it's just so-so. I used it just once, and I'm not sure if I will be able to use it again. I especially love to stay home rather than go outside.

I might end up giving this to my mama, haha. We have the same size when it comes to our foot wear, and she kind of likes it too. Although I gifted her shoes, if I end up not using them, I am willing to give them to Mama. But isn't this cool footwear? I get it because the poster looks so good that I decided to get this rather than shoes.

Now, for the gift to my three mothers. First is Mama, she requested these two here. She particularly requested those green-colored slides. It looks cool, and when I tried it, it was really soft. I want to buy one for myself, but maybe next time. As for the shoes, she doesn't really like white, but then the black color is unavailable, so I ended up with green and white. The color combination looks neat and pretty.

And this is my gift to my mommy D,shoes too, yes. It's really hard to find her shoe size (size 35), but lucky for me, I found one. Of course, I asked her first if she liked the design, and she gave me a go signal before checking it out. She already tried it, and it looks cute on her. And because of the height of the shoes, she looks 1 inch taller when wearing them (≧▽≦). She thanked me for it, and I told her to wear it all the time.

And this is for Mommy F, she also chose this style and color. Seriously, it's really better to ask the receiver of the gift than to guess and make them unsatisfied with the gift. But well, with Mommy F, whatever she receives, she will most likely appreciate it. This shoe is also not a branded one, and the price is affordable too. Although I want to gift her expensive things, I can't do that for now, maybe someday.

And those are the items I get for myself, Mama, and my two oldies. They may not be that extravagant, but my mother is enjoying them now. Mama wear her new shoes while she's on the vacation. Mommy F on the other hand wear it everyday. Even at home, Mommy F love to wear shoes. As for my Mommy D, she said it feels heavy to her feet so I'm not sure where she will wear them. And seeing how much they love my gift for them is enough to make me happy too. Ahhh, it feels really great when you can give something to your loved ones. Would you agree? ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ
