My Best Moment This Sunday: Peanut Butter Sandwich for Afternoon Snacks, Slightly Salty, Sweet, and Buttery
It is a fine Sunday, I was able to dry my clothes because Mr. Sunny decided to show up, still, the wind is cold, causing my skin to dry and its kinda itchy to be honest. I am thinking of buying moisturizer lotion. But I am still thinking because I know myself, I will just rot that in my box organizer because I hate the sticky feeling of having a lotion on skin. Is it just me?
But today really was a fine day, why? Because I made it that way, lol. You see, the amount I owed to Mommy F reduced as I pay 10,000 or $168.85 today. It's not in the plan, I just suddenly thought "I will sell a portion of my BCH and pay Mom." That's it. And I did. I love it! I pay her through online wallet, she received it happily ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
Bye bye my lovely BitcoinCash (⌐■-■). Thanks for everything! Ahhh, yes, I sold .408 BCH, that's 15,000+ in peso. I should be paying her 15,000 Pesos, But I decided to pay 10k only, then I used the 4,420 pesos to pay my lil brothers loan. Like seriously, the interest is not a joke in this loan. I just saved my lil brother from paying more. I didn't inform him about it though. Let's let him think he still has that loan he has to pay ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
And so, today, I had a quick walk outside to buy Mom's medicine and a cat foods for our cats. Then on the way, I noticed this banderitas being hang. It's a sign of the upcoming Fiesta here in Bansud. It will happen on January 19, that's the main event. But there's also on ongoing event right now and there's more starting in January 14. I'm excited though i'm not sure if I can watch all those events, aigoooo
After that quick walk outside, the oldies requested a snacks, an afternoon snacks. We still have a buns at home so I quickly prepares that using Margarine. It's the best with margarine, it makes the bun a little toasty and WE LOVE IT!.
So I started it by heating the pan and putting a margarine in it. It is a salted margarine by the way.
Here's our pretty buns, I put them in the melted butter and let it soak in there. I move the other one coz its for Mommy F. She has high cholesterol so margarine is a No-No!
See that guys? See that beautiful, and beautiful shi- I LOVE IT! Seriously, I live my bun brown and toasty, has that lil crunch on the edges. Its the best!
I cut the bun in half to give the inside a lil crunch in it too. Try this guys you won't regret it
I then filled both buns with peanut butter. The peanut butter is not that sweet, the margarine is slightly salty and the result is perfection.
Uh oh, need to buy a new one. We actually got this on sale during New Year. Huhu. From 135 we got it for 100. Not sure when will they have this promo again
And it's done! Its delicious! Lil salty, not too sweet and really OILY! Lol. But gosh, this is so good.
So yeah, aside from today is really a nice day, today is also one of the best day we had our afternoon snacks. I'd live to have it again tomorrow for breakfast (^._.^)ﾉ

Yes, yes, we can't have this always, sadly, bawal eh huhu. Wait, you can loan more than once even if you already have one? Better take care of it na or else mas lalaki pa yan. Utang ng brother ko 5k lang pero overall na binayaran almost 8k na, ah I think more na nga eh.

Superree, di matamis gaano. Super sarap kapag may margarine. Sa totoo lang kasi account ko ginamit nya sa pag loan. Kala ko mababayaran nya on time kaso ilang months na syang delay. Naiinis ako coz ako ang tinatawagan nong taha gcash. And kinakabahan din talaga ako coz baka legit na mag legal action keneme sila. Lol. Aigooo. My lil bro is so irresponsible talaga.
