Monday Errands and the Healthy Fish Recipe I Made for the Picky Eater, Mommy F

Thinking a recipe for Mommy F is really hard now, aside from there's a lot of ingredients that is bad for yer, she's kinda picky too. I'm sure she already missed all the foods that she can eat before. But too bad, she has to avoid and completely forget about them right now, salty, fatty and oily foods are not good allowed to her. The doctor said that, so we opted to just choose vegetable for her. But even with the veggies, she's kinda picky when it comes to them. And right now she can only eat a few kind of fish and then chicken.

So today she wants a particular fish for lunch. I suggested to also get pechay to mic in it because it will be good for her. Good thing she said yes to it. But, there's a condition, I had to remove it's stem, she will only eat the leaves, lol. Aigooo, she's becoming more of like a kid now. It's hard to say no because she'll really sulk. And she's not allowed to get mad or be annoyed. That's what the doctor's says so i'm always reminding her not to be too emotional. Good thing she listens, but, there are times that she become more annoyed to that reminders, aigoooo. It's understandable though.

Anyways, we're in the market, and seriously, this is the weather that is really scary. Look how intense the heat, you can feel it too just by looking at it right ⊙⁠.⁠☉. But we had no choice but to walk with this kind of weather, we have to prepare lunch you know. Lol

Here I am complaining with the weather but look at this hard working man, working his ass off. I'm sure they had no choice too but to accept the job, even if it's hard.

And as you can see its not just us who's walking outside without any umbrella. Just a cap is already enough.

So our first stop was here. Mama had to buy rice for the dogs. They also sells different kind if bread here,there, as you can see. Sadly they don't have rainbow bread that time. And I noticed those candles this store's selling. Mama bought some too as she will lit candles at home, it's for Papa and Ate Riza and of course her parents and some relatives. We actually planned to visit papa in the cemetery but postponed the plan. We'll just go there when we have more time and budget to visit papa.

As we walk further, I saw more stores selling candles and flowers. Some flowers are just made with plastic, I didn't see a fresh ones.

...more walking. We really had a lot of stops in different shop here. Mama's buying more rice, she'll mix them to the first one she bought. After here, our last stop was in the wet market.

Here's what we got in there, not really sure what fish these are. I got two kind, it's half kilo and this cost 140 pesos, 280 per kilo, so mahal. Sana all..lol

I also bought veggies for Mommy F... A pechay

And I simply cook it with a soup, a fish soup with green leafy vegetables. Simple but really packed with health benefits. I also bought calamansi for Mom to squeeze in the soup. Yum!
