I think it was 2 weeks ago when I ended up buying pork, a combination of lean meat and bone. I am the only one who can eat it so I only bought worth 90 of pork. A kilo of it is 300 by the way because it has bones, but if its just lean meat, it is more expensive like 380 plus. I only bought it because the only fish available in the market is only few and its pricey too. If its pricey then I should just get an expensive pork which I think is more worth it to buy that day rather than fish which is really fishy haha. I actually live Pork than fish or chicken.

So I cooked that pork meat, Adobo sweet style is what I did in it. The cooking time took me like 40 minutes before the meat become more tender. I used gas to cook it and I think that's too much. Not to mention I also used other ingredients like soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper, onion, and garlic. I think if I will add them all I spent another 40 pesos just for that. That 90 peso meat is not even that much. Lol. The time, the money, the spent gas for it, its too much for that lil meat

Then last Friday, Mommy D asked me to buy cooked dish in one of the Carinderia I know. She's planning to attend in a late valentine party for seniors. She asked me to buy one servings of Batchoy -this is similar to Igado.. One serving is 100 pesos only. This is one of my favorite Carinderia by the way. I already know that they gave a lot just for that 1 servings but it still surprised me that day because that one servings is much more compare to the Adobo I cooked weeks ago where I spent 140 pesos.

Mommy D was surprised too saying that she would rather buy the cooked ones rather than cook it herself which I agreed on. And then today, she asked me to buy 1 servings of the same dish I bought the other day, AGAIN! Seriously, Batchoy taste really good and they cook this dish awesomely. I could't take a photo of it because she brought it home in their house to where her sister(auntie velyn) live. But, I bought one more dish for myself, one serving too, and its a different one.

Their measuring bowl for this is this big so look how much they can fit in there. This one is Giniling or Ground Pork and it has carrot, potato and tomato paste. Not sure what kind of recipe it is but it taste so good. Mommy D like it too.

And what's amazing is, I didn't cook it, I didn't spend more in it just 100 pesos. I didn't use gas to cook it, in fact it was served to me like this the only thing I did was visit their carinderia and point the dish that I want. And they gave it to
me with a smile.
The one serving of Batchoy that Mommy Bought the other day was eaten in four meal. She ate them all because I also bought mine though half servings only. But I had it in three meals haha. Crazy right? Ahhhh, but we don't really eat much of it in each meal. But to some who love viand, I think they can have it in 3 meal or maybe 2.

Nowadays, that like every breath you made you have to spent on something. This is already a big save. Right now, cooked dish from this particular Carinderia is so much better than a homecooked dish. Not because it is healthier or what but because it is cheaper. I am just glad that this carinderia exist here ♪┌|∵|┘♪ -ahh, basically, these dish in this Carinderia is still a homecooked meal. But we are not too sure of the ingredients they put in it so that's one of the bad side in it. Still, it taste good, nothing's wrong with it, so <( ̄︶ ̄)↗
