It's A Happy Walk with a Happy Stomach: I Happily Got Involved in Thief? Why? Because it's delicious—The Coconut Juice, I Mean!

Happy Family Day_20250824_171915_0000.png

I saw a few people on the other side yesterday near the river harvesting coconut, not sure if it's young or the matured ones but maybe both? When I saw them walking by in front of us, I tease Mama to ask for a few of the coconut. But knowing mother, she'll be too shy to ask, lol. Too bad ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌

I continue my walk in the yard with Teves and Moymoy after, and the people who's carrying those coconut in batches left without looking back. Maybe it is a young coconut and they are planning to make Buko Salad? My, now i'm jealous (≧▽≦)

By the way, Mommy D decided to move this tall plant from in front of her store downstairs near the Atis tree. This one become to big now and heavy. She had a hard time moving it because of that

As for the reason why she move it, the Outpost near our house is being renovated and it will be on the way if we didn't move it. They are renovating it and after that there will be a guard in there who will stay there until 10 pm. We're grateful for that really, at least we'll be safer now. Ehe

Moving on, look what I found under the old wood. It's a mushroom, it's big but there's only one of it there. And why this looks like a snake scales? Right?

Anyways, I finish my walk in the yard after a few laps, I decided to move to the garage and hangout it there with the cats. I only visit the yard again after having my lunch and it surprise me when I saw an empty coconut in Mama's dirty kitchen.

I asked her if they gave it to her but she said no. And then she pointed the other unopened coconut and there's really more of them there. Lookie lookie. Lol. And I was like- HOW???

And she said, she pick them up at the water in the river near our house. They fall on the water and maybe those who harvested it this morning didn't have the time to pick them up or they only want a young coconut. Are they planning to make buko salad? Now i'm super jealous ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌. Actually most of what she picked on the river was a matured coconut. We're thankful for these free coconut, but wait, did they really purposely left it there? OMG! Mudrabelsssssss, you thief ⟵(o_O)

Anyways, I asked mother to open one for me young coconut for me so am I an accomplice now? Lol. She can tell if its young or the matured one already. She open the really young one with sweet coconut juice and thin coconut meat inside.

There it is, we're getting the juices here already. She had hard time opening it up because Uno, her dog is getting on her way, lol

And here's the coconut flesh, there's really not much in it. We call this "ga-uhog na buko." Haha, coz seriously, just look at it lol

Here's the juice. But can you see the beautiful reflection of a tree on the water? Isn't it pretty? Ehe. I enjoyed looking at it really and aside from that I also enjoy drinking the sweet coconut juice. I couldn't finish the coconut meat because I am already full with just the coconut water. Overall, it is a fun experience, especially, we got this for free. Lol. This happened yesterday and the people who harvested the coconut didn't come back anymore so I guess this is ours now? Uhhh ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

The thing that I miss in my province life was so many. One of them was when you want a buko you can just need to asked some from the owner and the owner would let you pick from the coconut tree for free. Buko juice has many health benefits and that's a good way to used to rehydrate.

Coconut water is really good for our health. It flushes toxins from our kidney. Gladly some of the coconut fell in the water area and I think they don't have enough time or the willingness to get it there. @ruffatotmeee .

Honestly, life can be boring if we don't explore ourselves even in a simple way, sometimes easy to say to be contented, but we don't know how to do it most of the time.
