Harvesting Happiness After Planting Greens: Almost Flooded, Small and Long Red Chili Pepper and Mama's Big Time Bodyguards

I woke with a loud thunder and rain at 3 am yesterday, Monday. I immediately placed the water bucket near the door because there's a small holde in the roof, it appears after the other hole in the roof was repaired (╥﹏╥). Anyways, I go back to sleep after that and woke up again at 4:30 am to accompany Mommy F to pee. I still watch over her whenever she has to walk because there are times that her legs go jelly on her. And this time, the thunder and lightning is much louder and really scary, and the rain is really heavy too. It last for more than an hour I think and we think, that one last strike of lightning really hit something somewhere because it's really loud and its like the kind of lightning that is in rage or mad mad!

And before 6 am the rain settle down and thunder completely stop. When we check the small river near our house, the water level is higher than its normal level. Look at Nikka, maybe she's wondering here why the water is so high, she's so cute. Lol

And seriously, if the rain continue, for sure we'll experience a floodings too in our house. We're so thankful that the rain stop. Unfortunately, some Municipality in Oriental Mindoro experienced a severe flooding (〒﹏〒).

Anyways, here's a pretty photos of our dogs near the river. Not sure why they stayed there like that. Maybe they are also observing the water level there?

Minute later, I saw Mama coming here and when I asked why, she said she'll harvest the red chili peppers because there's already a lot of them.

She said she'll give it to someone in the market so they can sell it. She'll give it for free! By the way noticed those three cuties in these photos? They are like her big bodyguards, no one will dare to move closer to Mama because she has three big bodyguard here. Cuties!

So here's the small red chili peppers mama harvested. There's quite a few of them. And they are all chemical free, it was grown organically.

After picking up all the red chilis, she then go to the other tree, this time its the chili that grows bigger chili pepper. There's a few of them here too. If only we eat chile, we'll keep all of this. But we don't use them that often (≧▽≦).

But oops, someone's trying to steal our chili (≧▽≦), but actually, I asked Nikka to pose for me and model the chili. In exchange I will give her one chili, haha. And yes, that's all the chili that we harvested and this is not the first. Mama already harvested a lot weeks ago which she gave to the nearby restaurant. (☆▽☆)

And then Mama harvested 4 Okra as well. She said she's craving for soup dish so she's planning to mix them. Soon, mama can have more Okra. All of her Okras are growing really well \(^o^)/
And soooooo, Mama had good harvest yesterday, chilis and okra. Soon she'll also harvest the Kundol. I'm excited. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
