Colorful Thursday: A New Bakery in Town, Very Inviting Dishes in One of Our Favorite Carinderias, and Mama's Favorite Toasted Bread
It's a good thing that there are still new shops opening in our small town. Sometimes we'll just be surprised that there's that new shop on this part of Poblacion, and oftentimes we have this urge to check then. But if it's a cafe that has an opening here, we'll be too intimidated to check it because deep inside, we will never be ready for the pricing inside a cafe. Though there's for sure an affordable item in there, we still can't help but get shy checking on them. Haha. But if it's a thrift shop or a small restaurant, we won't be too shy to check on them. Same with a bakery where we can basically see all the items, and if it's a familiar name, then that's more good reason to check it out.

So it is just a normal day, doing our usual routines including visiting the market. We're about to go home already after withdrawing some money. And we're on this part of Poblacion because there's three different restaurant here where we could check vegetable dish which I am planning to buy some for lunch. And we are really surprised when we see this Bakery. And yes we know this bakery, i know some grocery stores that sells their products. I really love their Monggo Hopia but it's been a long time since I last bought one. I remember having them as snacks.
They also have some other products which my oldies loves too, like the Paborita biscuit, this one is really good with coffee. I soaked them in chocolate or milk drink whenever I'll have them. I just stop buying their product when they change the price of their product. But I understand of course, it is just me stingy side that's avoiding it. Haha. And its cool that they decided ro open their own shop now here. I saw their post on certain group on fb and as I read it, they already have their shop here before but they close down. Not sure the reason why, but whatever the reason, they are back now so that's that

We didn't check the bakery because I still have bread at home. I'll check them one of these days. And so, we headed ro one of the restaurant here. I am looking for a certain vegetable and luckily I found some. The first restaurant I checked has it too but I am not sure if they will taste good so to make sure, I bought the veggies to the carinderia where I am most used to.

These are the dishes available today. And lucky coz they have Humbang Langka. And they have Ground Pork too which is one of my favorite, I am this close ಥ‿ಥ to buy that Ground Pork dish but then I thought, i've been eating no good foods in the past days that I need to change that fast, lol, And so, I stop myself from buying it and opt with just Humbang Langka. I am also planning to buy Sauteed Bitter Gourd but not on this Carinderia but on another restaurant, that one near our house.

We also had to stop by in this bakery because Mama wants to, haha. She has a favorite toasted bread here which is 5 pesos only and really good as snacks. It's cheaper that's why this become Mama's favorite. The toasted i'm talking is that one the second photo, look at the Nescafe Original, that red sachet and you'll see. I actually like this too but I don't feel like eating them these days.
So yeah, glad to see a new shops opening in our small town. Sadly, some shops here don't last long. Maybe because the population in Bansud is small compare to others. ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌

It's nice to see new shops opening in your town especially bakery. I hope this one stays for a long time and brings more tasty treats to everyone.
I really hope so too, sana di matulad sa other shop that they ended up shutting down.
true, hindi biro mag run ng business. also I want this kind of business kasi favorite namin dito sa farm ang mga bread and coffee. 😁
Nice naman, sis! Na curious ako don sa Humbang Langka. Anong lasa nya? Hehe. Gusto ko yung giniling😍
I also bought cooked food from carenderia when I feel lazy to cook but I choose the carenderia and look for the kind of people that sells food. I wanna make sure the food is safe and clean.
For me, I will consider that new cafe establishment as a big motivator to write more stories that makes sense as well as in posting my original contents, anyway, the means of acquiring some funds to buy stuff from that establishment is already right there in your hands and that is with the help of this platform. I tried that approach and its effective as it helps me to make my brain think of ideas what to post as well as it helps me to have another source of content once I visited that place. Just be patient and you will get there. Good luck and God bless!🤗❤️🫰
That's actually a good idea and want to try that, but you know, I can't make my shyness just disappear huhu.
No worries! You don't have to approach people and all you need is to write and post original contents. Once you have those, people will get interested in reading your contents even if you don't tell them to do so. That's the magic of creating contents that are made through our own efforts. .. by the way, I'm also a shy type of person. 🤗❤️🫰
