Breaking the Usual: I Spent Hours Playing Different Kinds of Mobile Games, From Dress Up Game to Idle Game and Finally Farming Game

I'm really not a gamer, I never get addicted to it and will just play mobile games when I feel suffocated by the repeated daily routine I have. We all have that moment, right? Like when you just crave something - not for food but for something new that you want to do. Like breaking the "usual" and trying new things for the day, leaving things just hanging and proceeding on doing other things.

That's what I actually do today. I already planned to draft some articles today, in fact, I already typed a lot, but then, in the middle of that, I suddenly had this strong urge to play a game. Actually, I started to feel this way yesterday (thanks to these ads that keep showing), so I gave in to the temptation and spent hours playing dress-up games (≧▽≦). Some love to play mobile games like ML, PUBG, Fortnite, and Candy Crush, but for me, I always love to play dress-up games.

With this kind of game and by playing it myself, dressing up someone else, I feel like I am the one who's dressing up and not just some avatar. I don't like to wear pretty dresses, tops, and skirts, but I love to try them too, maybe once is enough. I don't really like to wear it to show it to everyone, me being my audience, to the outfit I chose to wear is already enough for me. You know what I mean. You had that episode too in your life?

And by playing this kind of game, I feel so happy, and I love the result whenever I dress up the avatar I chose. Although it is not the best choice, for me, it is. I put them in a dress based on what is beautiful to my eyes. I'm also not fashionable, another reason why I don't dress up, but with this game, I feel confident. Because I know no one will judge the outfit combination I chose (≧▽≦). It's really just for my own satisfaction (◕ᴗ◕✿).

Playing dress up games is like some kind of therapy too. But this kind of game is like a one-time kind od game only. It's not challenging at all. That's why I downloaded another game, it's from an ad again, and the video promotion for it looks really cool, so I tried it. The game is called Llamar: Idle Vlogger. I couldn't really understand this game at first, but good thing there's a guide on how to play it. This is a simulation game according to its tag, but it is also an idle game. I don't really know the meaning of that, so I did a little research on Google.

And according to adjoe.io, an idle game is a mobile game that requires little mental effort. All you have to do is tap the screen to make progress.

It's actually quite entertaining, but there's a little challenge too. And one thing I noticed about this game is that you can earn more coins to use on the game by watching ads. But this is also the reason why I got bored with it. Llamar is the main guy here, and he started vlogging to earn money to live. And using what he earned through vlogging, we will upgrade his house, cars, watch, clothes, and also his tools for vlogging, which are the camera, lights, and mic. We can also upgrade his brain, by the way. I mean, like his wits or more.

I got excited about this but got bored too in the end, so I downloaded another game, lolol. Is it just me who does this? Lol. I just can't stick to one game, seriously.

Next is Klondike Adventures: Farm Game. So it's a farming game - another simulation game. This one is very challenging, as you have to do a lot of things. But that's the challenging part in there.

There's a task too, which will give a reward later. The higher the level, the more time you have to spend on every task. Lucky if you have a lot of resources to get those you need for building, but if you don't have them, then you have no choice but to wait. Patience is the key, and I'm running out of that now, lol. Soon, I might just uninstall it and go back to reading manga and watching anime.

But hey, thanks to these games, I was able to do something else. And seriously, I feel so tired from my repeated routine already, but when I I tried various kinds of game today, magically, I regain more energy. And that's all I need. Gosh, I can't believe I played a lot of games just for a day, lol.

I remember paper dolls with those dress up games except there are more options now. They are always satisfying although I also get bored of it quickly cos the options are limited. :D I think you just haven’t found the right type of game for you yet. These idle and farming games takes a long time to complete missions and sometimes they would have 24h cooldowns or even 7 days or something. Although it is not time consuming per day, just takes a lot of dedication I guess. I like those games too when I’m in the mood cos it kinda feels like your side hustle as well hahaha.

Oh yes, paper dolls. One of my favorite before (≧▽≦). But have you tried dress up games with different stages and quest? Like Love Nikki and SuitU? These two is amazing dress up game too, hehe. And yep, that's what I thought too, I want to get addicted too in one game, lol. So true, that's why you really need lots of patience. I always ended up uninstalling then coz I run out of that, lol. Did you ever progress a lot in those games to the point of almost completing it? (≧▽≦)

I only remember back in 2010 or something but never really explored it that much. I think I tried one of those dress up games but I had to pay premium or something, and I didn’t have money so it got me discouraged hahah. I think I got more into restaurant games after that.

Yeah I had those moments too. Like I didn’t wanna finish it cos I didn’t want the game to end. So I procrastinate… until I lose interest🙄 so I still ended up not finishing it hahaha

I used to be addicted to dress games like that, the really girly ones, but I hate it when I needed to play ads, I'm wasting my load with ads, so I only play 5v5 nalang. Pero maganda yung mga may fashion fashion week. Makikipagcompetensya ka sa ibang players sa suot.
