Attending Palm Sunday Mass with the Oldies After a Long Time: Snapping Family Photos and the Church Garden
It's really been a long time since we last attended a mass, and seriously, there are just a lot of things that are stopping us from doing so (◍•ᴗ•◍). The last time we attended a mass was during Palm Sunday, and it's already late (^∇^)ノ♪, but I will be sharing that here. To be honest, it's also been a long time since we last attended Palm Sunday Mass. I remember when I was a kid, every time we went to the church during that special day, Mommy F would ask me to go in the front to hold the Palaspas while the priest sprinkled holy water ʘ‿ʘ. And with that, I feel like I was also blessed with it (✿^‿^). I didn't do that this time, though. I really said to the oldies that I won't do it. Bad me ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

So we went here without the Palm Leaves but we also knew that there will be people who'll that in the entrance, and we're right. Mommy D just bought here for only 20 pesos. Ahhh, I also have a fun memories making this ourselves. That time out coconut tree is still small and can be reached easily. We will just harvest a young leaves there and we're woven it ourselves. It's a fun a memories, too bad we didn't have photo of it.

Here it is, they are not that close to the church entrance. And these are their handwoven palm leaves. They even put a small ribbon in it.

So wr arrive at the church one hour earlier. And because the door is not open yet we waited outside and take some photos outside. I mean, the outside looks so beautiful just to look at it you know. Better take a few snaps of that beauty. Ah, of course, the photo of my oldies is included on that "beauty".

And it's not just us waiting here, when we arrive there's already a few people waiting outside and they are the one who inform us to wait outside.

And coz the waiting time is kinda long, I tooj my time looking around here and there.

The change in our church is really visible now, the garden outside become more prettier too, they even added benches in some spots.

That very day is really a lovely day. Thanks heaven it didn't rain that time.

By the way, more people started to arrive and they are also just waiting on the other side just like us.

A little later and the Blessing of the Holy Water to the Palaspas started. This is different to what I know actually. Before, they do it after the mass. But anyways, because of this we we're in there too while it's happening. It's also like we are being bless. And it's Mommy D who's holding the Palaspas by the way.

And after this, the mass finally started. Everyone enter to the door which is now open. We happily listen to the Homily and i am sure, Mommy F is the happiest that moment. She was able to attend because her joints is not in pain ( ◜‿◝ )♡.
