A Quick "Leg Exercise" With Mommy F and a Few More in Our Yard
I accompany Mommy F this morning to Generic Pharmacy to get her blood sugar check. It's 6:26 am, not too hot, the temperature's really good, and Mr. Sunny's just about to show up. Seriously, we need to do this every day, but Mommy F is just too lazy to do so. Whenever I nag at her or Mommy D nags at her, she will get mad, saying she's too lazy to walk. She really needs this kind of exercise, but ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌... Aigoooo. She can walk, but she's still having a hard time folding her knee. But still, I am glad that she's not experiencing arthritis anymore. I guess she's eating the right food this time, and I always make sure that we have a vegetable dish at every meal. She also reduced her rice intake and ate more veggies, fish, or meat. So yeah, she's helping herself too in some ways. But I really wish she'd do some light exercise too (╥﹏╥).


And yeah, it actually rains last night, it stop at midnight then rain again this morning. It's just a light rain but it's enough to make me want to stay in bed longer. Rain really has that good effect to people, its like a lullaby, I was actually so tempted to play a soft songs of Stray Kids from my phone, you know is the lowest volume just to accompany the sound of raindrops. But then I remember that the earbuds under my pillow was already low in battery. Lol.


So there she is, we ate ice cream yesterday and a cake the other day. But before that Mom was also eating sweet candies so to make sure we encourage her to get check. And after getting her blood we just waited for the result and according to the small monitor her blood sugar is at 128. We asked the pharmacist inside if it's normal but she said it's a lil higher. I checked on google too to make sure and yes, it's higher than the normal number. But she can work on this to make it lower, reduced more rice intake and eating sweets. The last time she got check, her blood sugar is only at 108. ( ꈍᴗꈍ)


Anyways, I left mom for a minute in the pharmacy to buy spaghetti. I want that for breakfast today paired with pandesal. And that's an additional walk for me, yayy! Like a leg exercise though really short and quick, still \(^o^)/




And there it is, I got macaroni spaghetti with hotdogs and lil ground pork. They have Palabok and Pansit too but we just had Pansit the other day while it's been a long time since I last had spaghetti. And Palabok? I don't really like much the Palabok, I'm not a fan of it.
So yeah, we enjoyed the macaroni spaghetti with pandesal. Such a fulfilling breakfast.

Then in the afternoon, I stayed in our yard just walking around, to also exercise my legs. We need to do more walking everyday. I'm with our cats as usual, with our curious cats, lol


While i'm watching the cat do their things, I noticed something in the Makabuhay plants here. It's not even planted on the ground and it's just in there hanging. But its alive. Look at the little sprout in it. Its really just so cool you know. I think the rain helps with this.




I also had a walk in the garden where I saw this small chili, they have bigger leaves so I think they are a big kind of chilis? I heard Mama said before that she also planted a long green chili in the yard, not sure if this is it because there's a lot in there planted in different spot. But this one has a bigger leaves and they are kinda new.
I'm really so glad with the new plants growing in our yard. I hope we can plant some more in there, like some veggies or fruit (☆▽☆).
So yeah, I had wonderful Friday, it's a FriYAY this time. But although walking in the yard help me a lot, I can't help but still remember the videos I watched on facebook about abother earthquake that hit Davao. It's strong 7.6 magnitude, like it is so strong, stronger than the one in Cebu. I saw how everyone got scared. There's already one casualties and it happened at 9:43 am I think. I hope everyone's stay strong especially there's for sure an aftershocks after that. Seriously, what's happening to the world now it's scary ಠಗಠ.

Yon nga mag nadedz gawa nabagsakan . And yes, kaya pinapalikas na agad sa matataas na lugar ang ilan. Sana to make sure gawin din nila yan. For their safety di yong kung kelang anjan na saka sila lilikas. Kawawa din naman yong mga rescuer.
Proper diet na need nla madam hehe

Growing old has a lot to take care and be careful. Another to mind is the blood sugar. I suggest you feed your mom bitter gourd that is good for people with sugar issues.
