Let's all go back to a place from 20 years ago. Back then, the only means of communication were letters and radio. To communicate and listen to news. There were no mobile phones or televisions then. In those days, sending news to a person took a lot of time, a lot of time was spent.

From here I realized that the need for information of people is increasing day by day. When a person goes from one place to another, then he needs to know the correct information about that place. And immediately that person wants to know the correct information of that place.
Now, it is not possible to fulfill these human needs with information technology alone. For this, information technology and communication technology play an increasingly important role.
In Bangladesh, what we understand by information and communication technology is any electronic device that generates, processes, stores, transmits, and uses information. Together, they are considered information and communication technology as declared and published by the World Bank.
